The Board of Directors combines business and industry knowledge to provide effective leadership and control to the Group.

The Board has three permanent committees to assist in the execution of its responsibilities. These are the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee, the Nominations, Governance and Sustainability Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
